Wunderschönes Zimmer im Musikerviertel

Direkt vor der Haustür ist eine Bushaltestelle die zum Bahnhof oder Richtung Endenich fährt. Zum Bahnhof und Busbahnhof ist es jedoch schneller zu Fuß 7 min zu laufen. Auf dem Weg zum Bahnhof kommt man auch am Alnatura vorbei, was super praktisch ist. Im Umkreis von 10 min ist auch ein Aldi, Lidl und Edeka zu finden.

Die Innenstadt und der Hofgarten liegen 15min Fußweg entfernt. Zum Rhein braucht man zu Fuß 20 min.
Wir sind hier sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen.

There is a bus stop right outside the front door that goes to the railway station or in the direction of Endenich. However, it's a quicker 7-minute walk to the train and bus station. On the way to the station you also pass the Alnatura supermarket, which is super convenient. There is also an Aldi, Lidl and Edeka within a 10-minute radius.

The city centre and the Hofgarten are a 15-minute walk away. The Rhine is a 20-minute walk away.
We are in a very central yet quiet location.

Wir sind eine Mädels WG, da das der Vermieter so wollte. Bei uns ist das Leben harmonisch und sehr entspannt. Trotz so vieler Menschen trifft man sich meistens nur in der Küche, da hier jeder sehr busy ist. Für WG Abende oder Treffen ist trotzdem genug Zeit. Als gemeinsame Aktion misten wir alle paar Monate das Haus aus, da sich schnell viel anstaut, und essen wir manchmal zusammen.
Unser Bad ist nicht das neuste und die Küche nicht die größte. Man kommt sich manchmal in die Quere mit den Zeiten aber da jede einen anderen Rhythmus hat, funktioniert es ziemlich gut.

We are a girls WG because that's what the landlord wanted. Life here is harmonious and very relaxed. Despite so many people, we usually only meet in the kitchen because everyone here is very busy. But there's still enough time for WG evenings or get-togethers. As a joint activity, we clean out the house every few months, as a lot of things build up quickly, and sometimes we eat together.
Our bathroom isn't the newest and the kitchen isn't the biggest. We sometimes get in each other's way with the times, but as everyone has a different rhythm, it works pretty well.

Die 25€ bei sonstigen Kosten ist der monatliche WG-Beitrag, mit dem wir unter anderem unsere Putzkraft bezahlen.
Da wir zu 8. sind, wird auf Sauberkeit und einen rücksichtsvollen Umgang mit gemeinsamen Dingen Wert gelegt, die Grenzen voneinander zu respektieren ist selbstverständlich. Meine Mitbewohnis sind zwischen 19 und 28 Jahre alt und fast alle sind Studentinnen.
Wir achten als Gemeinschaft darauf, dass unsere Lebensraum ein diskriminierungsfreier Ort ist und auch zukünftig bleibt.

The €25 in other costs is the monthly shared flat fee, which we use to pay our cleaner, among other things.
As there are eight of us, we emphasise cleanliness and a considerate approach to shared things, and it goes without saying that we respect each other's boundaries. My flatmates are between 19 and 28 years old and almost all of them are students.
As a community, we make sure that our living space is and remains a place free of discrimination.
This applies to all flatmates and their visitors.
