Hey ich ziehe demnächst aus unserer schönen Wg aus und vermiete nun mein 18qm Zimmer.
Die Wg ist viel mehr ein Reihenendhaus und über zwei Etagen verteilt. Unten sind die zwei Zimmer deiner Mitbewohner und die Küche. Oben das Bad und dein Zimmer. Du hast also durchaus deine Ruhe wenn du das möchtest.
Miete beträgt 294 Euro warm plus ca. 27Euro Strom, 6 Euro GEZ, 10 Euro Internet.
Die Kölnstr runter und du bist mit dem Rad in 7 min am Bertha. Zum Campus Poppelsdorf ist es auch nicht so weit. Bushaltestelle Gerhardsplatz ist 3min Fußweg entfernt genauso wie ein Edeka. Autobahn bzw Verteilerkreis ist auch um die Ecke.
Eigentlich wohnen hier Xenia (23, Mathe Studentin) und Simon (21, Jura), beide super nett und super cool, man setzt sich häufiger mal abends zusammen hin und isst zusammen und trinkt ein Glas Wein. Simon macht zur Zeit ein Auslandssemester und kommt im Juni wieder. Zur Zeit ist Sara (23, Geografie) zur Untermiete hier. Sonst ist hier alles sehr entspannt.
Das Reihenhaus befindet sich in einem Hof.
Man kann demnach wenn man ein Auto hat auch direkt vor der Haustür parken.
90 Euro beträgt der Abstand für die Waschmaschine. Die Wände werden noch weiß gestrichen und bei Bedarf kann auch noch der Schreibtisch, die Gardinen und die Couch verkauft werden.
