in unserer WG in der Altstadt wird ein wunderschönes Zimmer ab dem 01.08. bzw. 01.09.2023 frei!
Das Zimmer beläuft sich auf 12 qm, ich weiß, dass ist nicht gerade viel, aber das Zimmer ist schön kompakt und bietet Platz für alles Wichtige und noch viel mehr. :) Vor allem der Blick in den wunderschönen Garten lässt Raum zum Träumen, Abschalten und Entspannen.
Auch der schöne Holzfußboden ist ein klares Plus – ebenfalls das es im Zimmer, aufgrund der Lage zum Garten hinaus, keinen Straßenlärm gibt.
Hinzu kommt ein Wohnzimmer, das wir alle gemeinsam nutzen, unsere kleine Küche, das Bad und ein schöner Balkon.
Ein Extraplus ist unser wunderbarer Garten, sogar stilecht mit einer Kirschblüte. Vor allem im Sommer ist es richtig entspannt auf unserem Balkon zu sitzen, ins Grüne zu schauen und eine Limo oder ein Weinchen dabei zu trinken.
Natürlich haben wir auch einen Fahrradkeller im Haus und auch einen Kellerraum mit Stauraum.

in our WG in the old town a beautiful room is available starting from 01.08. or 01.09.2023!
The room amounts to 12 sqm, I know that's not much, but the room is nice and compact and offers space for everything important and much more. :) Especially the view into the beautiful garden leaves room to dream, switch off and relax.
The beautiful wooden floor is also a clear plus - also that there is no street noise in the room, due to the location out to the garden.
In addition, there is a living room that we all share, our small kitchen, the bathroom and a beautiful balcony.
An extra plus is our wonderful garden, even in style with a cherry blossom. Especially in summer it is really relaxing to sit on our balcony, look into the green and drink a soda or a little wine.
Of course, we also have a bicycle cellar in the house and also a basement room with storage space.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Direkt bei der Viktoriabrücke, das heißt quasi in der Altstadt. Der Frankenbadplatz ist nur 3min zu Fuß entfernt und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ÖPNV-Haltestellen in rauen Mengen fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Zum Stadthaus sind es 8 Gehminuten, zum Hauptbahnhof 10 - die Lage und Anbindung ist also unschlagbar.

The location is very central. Directly at the Viktoriabrücke, that is virtually in the old town. The Frankenbadplatz is only a 3-minute walk away and shopping facilities and public transport stops are also within walking distance. It is an 8-minute walk to the Stadthaus and 10 minutes to the main train station - so the location and connections are unbeatable.
Du würdest mit Eva (29) und Renata (24) zusammenleben. Eva arbeitet als Bibliothekarin für den WDR in Köln, Renata beendet gerade ihren Master und arbeitet die meiste Zeit im Büro in Köln, während Eva den Spagat zwischen Büroleben und Home Office schafft.
Wir haben alle unser Zimmer für uns, aber es gibt auch viele Gelegenheiten, sich im Wohnzimmer zu treffen und bei einer Tasse Tee oder einem Glas Wein zu plaudern.

You would live with Eva (29) and Renata (24). Eva is working as a librarian for the WDR in Cologne, Renata is finishing her master right now and working most of the time in the office in Cologne, while Eva is balancing the office life and working from home.
We all have our room for ourselves (literally and figuratively) but also there are many occasions to meet in the living room and chat over a cup of tea or a glass of wine.
Das Zimmer kostet monatlich 352,69 € warm.
Je nachdem, wie es Dir besser passt, kann ich den Auszug zum 01.08. oder 01.09. vereinbaren - auch alles dazwischen ist okay. Zusätzlich zur Miete wird eine einmalige Kaution von 330 € fällig. Hinzu kommt eine kleine Gebühr von 200 Euro, diese beinhaltet viele gemeinsame Anschaffungen der WG wie das Sofa im Wohnzimmer, den Esstisch, die Bücherregale im Wohnzimmer und andere Kleinigkeiten.
