Die vollausgestattete Wohnung verfügt über einen französischen Balkon und Gartenmitbenutzung. Besonders praktisch ist die Aufteilung der Zimmer: Das Wohnzimmer (mit Kamin und Beamer), das große Esszimmer (mit bodentiefen Fenstern mit Blick in den Garten) sowie die Küche (mit Spülmaschine) sind miteinander verbunden.
Dein Zimmer und das Bad befindet sich auf der anderen Seite des Flurs. Somit kann man sich entweder in den Gemeinschaftsräumen aufhalten oder sich im Zimmer (voll möbliert) zurückziehen. Die Größe und Ausstattung des Zimmers bietet auch die Möglichkeit im Homeoffice zu arbeiten.
Im Keller befindet sich eine Waschmaschine und im Garten gibt es einen Fahrradschuppen.
The fully equipped flat has a French balcony and shared use of the garden. The layout of the rooms is particularly practical: the living room (with fireplace and beamer), the large dining room (with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the garden) and the kitchen (with dishwasher) are connected. Your room and the bathroom are on the other side of the corridor. This means that you can either spend time in the common areas or keep to yourself in your room (fully furnished). The size and equipment of the room also offers the possibility to work in a home office.
There is a washing machine in the basement and a bicycle shed in the garden.
Die Wohnung liegt nahe des Rheins und der Rhein-Aue (einem großen Park). Mit dem Fahrrad oder den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist der UN-Campus (15 Minuten) sowie die Innenstadt (20 Minuten). In wenigen Gehminuten gib es einen REWE und einen Bäcker. Naturliebhaber finden Richtung Süden direkt das Siebengebirge und den Kottenforst. In der nahegelegenen Altstadt von Bad Godesberg gibt es gute Restaurants und ein Kino.
The flat is close to the Rhine and the Rhein-Aue (a large park). The UN campus is 15 minutes away by bike or public transport, as is the city centre (20 minutes). There is a REWE and a bakery within a few minutes' walk. Nature lovers will find the Siebengebirge and the Kottenforst directly to the south. The nearby old town of Bad Godesberg has good restaurants and a cinema.
Ich arbeite vollzeit in einer internationalen Organisation in Bonn und bin derzeit abwechselnd im Homeoffice und im Büro. Ich spiele in verschiedenen Gruppen Fußball, gehe ab und zu Joggen, wandern, oder Rad fahren etc. Zudem bietet sich unsere Wohnung wunderbar an, um auch mal die ein oder andere Serie, Doku oder Film über den Beamer zu schauen. Ich bin eine unkomplizierte und offene Person und freue mich immer neue Menschen kennen zu lernen. Ein kurzes Kennenlernen (auch über Skype/Zoom möglich) ist wahrscheinlich das Beste um einen persönlichen Eindruck voneinander zu bekommen. Also schreib mir gerne ein paar Sätze zu dir. Ich freue mich sehr.
I work full time in an international organisation in Bonn and am currently switching between home office and the office. I play football in various groups, go jogging from time to time, hiking, cycling etc. Our flat is also a great place to watch one or two series, documentaries or films on the beamer. I'm an uncomplicated and open-minded person and always happy to meet new people. A short meeting (also possible via Skype/Zoom) is probably the best way to get a personal impression of each other.
