Unsere Wohnung ist 83 qm² groß und das freie Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm². Unsere Wohnung ist komplett neu renoviert worden und hat gerade, pünktlich zum Sommer,einen nagelneuen Balkon bekommen.
Wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine neue Küche, neues Bad und ein Gäste-Bad.
Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich im Keller(50 cent pro Waschgang), wo wir auch eine kleine Abstellkammer haben. Abstellplatz für Fahrräder o. A. befindet sich im Hinterhof.
Eine Spülmaschine ist auch vorhanden.

Unsere WG liegt in der Südstadt (3 Minuten von der Haltestelle „Weberstraße“ der Linien 61/62 bzw. direkt vor der Bushaltestelle der Linie 600 "Wilhelm-Levison-Straße) und ist eine wunderschöne Altbauwohnung.
Wir, (Kathrin, Studentin der Uni Bonn Agrarwissenschaften & Sarah, Studentin der Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg Business Administration), suchen ab Mitte/Ende September eine(n) 3. Mitbewohner(in) um unsere WG komplett zu machen.
Keine Haustiere, keine Rauchen in der Wohnung (nur auf Balkon), keine Zweck WG
