Da ich mein Studium beendet habe und aus Bonn wegziehe, muss ich mein schönes, helles Wg-Zimmer ab dem 27.4. oder 1.5. aufgeben. Das Zimmer ist (mind.) 17 qm groß, fast quadratisch geschnitten und aufgrund 3er großer Fenster sehr hell. Ich habe mich darin super wohl gefühlt.
Da ich so wenig Möbel wie möglich mitnehmen möchte, würde ich mich freuen, wenn diese zum Teil übernommen werden könnten.
Die Lage ist optimal. Die Wohnung befindet sind in Poppelsdorf nahe des Poppelsdorfer Platzes und der Clemens-August-Straße, wo es vom Supermarkt, über Apotheke bis zu Restaurants und Bars alles gibt, was man so braucht.
Bis zur Innenstadt ist es auch gar nicht weit. Mit Fahrrad und Bus braucht man jeweils ca. 8 Minuten.
Die Wg setzt sich aus Eli und Sabrina, zwei Medizin-Studentinnen und Caro, einer Politik-Studentin, und Dich zusammen.
Die drei sind sehr offen und hilfsbereit. Gerne wird mal abends zusammen in der Küche geplaudert und gekocht. Bei Bedarf ist es aber auch kein Problem seine Ruhe zu haben.
Neben dem großen Wg-Zimmer umfasst die Wg eine gemütliche Küche mit einem großen Esstisch, ein Bad mit Badewanne und einen großen Flur.
