ich suche eine/n Mitbewohner/in in Bonn-Poppelsdorf. Das Zimmer ist ca. 18m² groß und ein bisschen möbliert. Eine grosse Matratze steht zur Verfügung sowie eine Garderobe, die Sie benutzen können. Die komplette Warmmiete, liegt mit allem drum und dran bei 350€. Strom (80/2=40€), Internet (30/2=15€), Rundfunkbeitrag (5€),Kühlschrank, Nutzung von E-Herd, Waschmaschine ist alles im Preis mit drin. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock in einem sehr schönen Viertel.
Kommt einfach mal vorbei zum Anschauen!

Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der Reuterstraße. Parkmöklichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe direkt vorm Haus. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Edeka, REWE und Netto sind in wenigen Minuten gut erreichbar und bieten dadurch ein besonderes Wohnfeeling.
