Liebe Zimmersuchende!
Da ich von Mitte/Ende August bis Ende September für ein Praktikum ins Ausland gehe, biete ich etwa vom 20.08. bis 30.09. mein 25qm großes Zimmer in userer heißgeliebten VenusbergWG in Poppelsdorf direkt am Botanischen Garten zur Zwischenmiete an!!
Das Zimmer ist hell und mit direktem Blick auf den Botanischen Garten.
Die WG ist zentral in Poppelsorf gelegen. 5min zum Supermarkt, 5min zur Uni in der Nussallee, 5min zum Poppelsdorfer Platz
Wir leben zu 9. (5Jungs+4Mädels) in einem großen Haus mit 3 Bädern und 2 Küchen, einem Gemeinschaftsraum, Fahrradabstellraum und Keller mit Waschmaschine und Trockenraum.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, sondern an gemeinsamen Aktivitäten interessiert.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 305€. Der Preis für den gesamten Zeitraum beläuft sich zuzüglich der Tage im August dann auf etwa 400€.
