Da ich mit meinem Studium fertig bin suche ich einen neuen Nachmieter.
Das 20 qm2 große Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss mit Blick auf den botanischen Garten. Ein Bett und ein Sofa können gerne übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am botanischen Garten und somit auch nähe des Poppelsdorfer Campus. Eine Straße weiter befindet sich zahlreiche Bars und Restaurant. Supermärkte sind nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Mit in der WG wohnt ein Tierwissenschaftsstudent und ein IT-Spezialist. Da in der WG auch ein kleiner Hund wohnt wäre es schön wenn du ebenfalls tierlieb bist.
