Die Maisonette-Wohnung (106m2) befindet sich im 1. und 2. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. In der unteren Etage befinden sich die Küche, eine Badezimmer mit Badewanne, das Zimmer von Simon sowie das Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zum (West-)Balkon und Treppe zur oberen Etage. Dort befinden sich dann neben deinem Zimmer, das Zimmer von Gunnar und ein weiteres Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine. Die beiden Zimmer in der 2. Etage sind mit Holzdielen ausgestattet und liegen direkt unter dem Dach. Beide Fenster gehen zum Garten hinaus. Ausserdem gibt es einen Fahrradkeller und einen Abstellraum.
The flat is located in the first and second floor of an apartment building. The kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, one of the rooms and the living room with a balcony are located in the first floor. On the second floor there are the two other rooms and an additional bathroom. Your room is directly under the roof, with a wooden floor and two windows facing the garden. There is also an extra room in the basement for bikes and for storage.
Die Gegend ist super ruhig und trotzdem gut angebunden. Die Südstadt, Kessenich und den Poppelsdorfer Platz erreichst du jeweils innerhalb von 5 Minuten mit dem Rad. Die Auswahl an Supermärkten, Cafés und Restaurants ist dementsprechend vielfältig. Zum Bahnhof und der Innenstadt fahren Busse und Trams (5 Minuten), mit dem Fahrrad sind es weniger als 10 Minuten. Auch der UN Campus, GIZ, der Post Tower und die Deutsche Welle sind sehr schnell zu erreichen.
The neighborhood is quiet, but well connected. Südstadt, Kessenich and Poppelsdorf can be easily reached by bike within less than 5 minutes. There you can find several supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and parks. DHL, UN, Telekom, Deutsche Welle and GIZ are only a 10-minute bike ride away. The city center and the train station can be reached quickly by public transportation or by bike.
Simon (27) und Gunnar (29) sind beide berufstätig, daher sollte die neue Mitbewohnerin einen ähnlichen Tagesrhythmus haben. Wir kochen alle häufig, die Küche ist daher gut ausgestattet. Ansonsten machen wir Sport und leben ein entspanntes, unkompliziertes WG-Leben. Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig, daher achten wir alle darauf.
Simon (27) and Gunnar (29) are both working, so the new flatmate should ideally also be working or interning. We like to cook and do sports. We take turns cleaning and live a relaxed life in our beautiful flat.
