Leider verlasse ich mein schönes WG Zimmer zum 01.04. Es kostet insgesamt 431 warm( inklusive Internet). Beim Umzugstermin bin ich sehr flexibel, auch ein früherer Termin wäre möglich! :)
Das Zimmer ist hell und hat eine hohe Decke, ich habe mich sehr wohl darin gefühlt!
Die Wohnung hat eine gemütliche Küche, sowie ein großes Bad mit Badewanne und Tageslicht.
Ein Highlight ist unser Balkon, auf dem wir schon viele schöne Sommerabende verbracht haben, und der zum quatschen und abhängen einlädt :)
Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein Kellerraum, in dem viel Platz ist. :)
Unsere Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Poppelsdorf am Poppelsdorfer Platz.
Einkaufmöglichkeiten, Apotheken sowie Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig zu erreichen, eine Bushaltestelle ist ebenfalls um die Ecke. Zu Fuß ist man in 15-20 Minuten am Haupbahnhof.
Deine Mitbewohnerin wäre Jacky, sie ist 28 Jahre alt und immer für ein gutes Gespräch zu haben. :)
Wir suchen einen ebenfalls berufstätigen neuen Mitbewohner/ eine neue Mitbewohnerin :)
