Unser 2er WG befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Altbaus. Es ist sehr bequem, dass jedes Zimmer den einigen individuellen Eingang hat, sodass man mehr Unabhängigkeit und Privatsphäre empfindet. Die zwei Zimmer teilen die kleine Küche und das mit einer Waschmaschine ausgestattete Badezimmer. Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich, vollmöbliert, und das eingebaute hohe Bett erlaubt mehr Raum zu sparen. Die Möbel, die ich selbst erworben habe, wüsche an die Nachmieterin zu verkaufen, besteht aus dem Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kleiderschrank, Bücherregal, Matratze und Standspiegel.
Our 2-room flat share is in the ground floor of the old building. Very convenient is that each room has an individual entrance from the hall so you can feel more privacy. The two rooms share a small kitchen and a bathroom equipped with a washing machine. The room is cozy, furnished and the built-in high bed saves the space. The furniture, which I bought by myself and wish to sell to the new tenant, consists of table, chair, wardrobe, bookshelves, mattress and a standing mirror.
Das Haus befindet sich zwischen Bonn Poppelsdorf und Endenich, 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bonn Hauptbahnhof. Nur 2 Minuten zur nächsten Bushaltestelle, damit man schnell das Stadtzentrum erreichen kann. Fußläufig: Supermärkte (Edeka, Netto, Aldi), und verschiedene Restaurants/ Kneipen/ Cafes.
The house is located in between Poppelsdorf and Endenich, 15-20 minutes to Hbf by foot. Only 2 min. walk to the nearest bus stop, from which you can quickly get to the city center. Very close to supermarkets Edeka, Netto and lots of different restaurants/ bars/cafes.
Ich habe seit 4 Jahren in dieser WG gewohnt: Zuerst Master-Studium in Physik, dann Promotion, und jetzt ziehe ich nach andere Stadt um. Meine Nachbarin, die bleibt, kommt aus Taiwan und promiviert auf dem Gebiet von der Meteorologie. Sie ist sehr nett, ruhig und ordentlich. Sie spricht kein Deutsch und deshalb suche ich nach der Nachmieterin, die English gut beherrscht. Gegenseitiges Vertrauen, Respekt und Selbstverantwortung würden unser WG-Leben sehr gut beschreiben. Zum Beispiel: lasse allgemeinen Raum aufgeräumt, bringe den Müll raus, wenn der Mülleimer voll ist, warne im Voraus, falls du die Freunde einlädst und etc., aber alles ist sehr locker, keine festen Regeln oder Verpflichtungen!
I have been living here for about 4 years: First, I did my Master studies in Physics, then PhD, and now I am moving out to another town. My neighbor, who is staying, comes from Taiwan and is doing her PhD in Meteorology. She is very friendly, quiet, and tidy. She doesn’t speak German, so it is important that a new tenant speaks English. I would characterize our WG-life by mutual trust, respect to each-other, and self-responsibility: For instance, clean after yourself, throw out the trash if it’s full, tell in advance if you want to invite friends and etc., but everything is quite relaxed, no strict rules or obligations!
Beim Umzug werde ich keine Möglichkeit haben, die Möbel mitzunehmen, deshalb möchte ich sie an die neue Bewohnerin verkaufen. Auch lasse ich meine Mikrowelle mit Grill- und Backfunktion und die Waschmaschine. Alle Möbel und Elektrogeräte sind nur 4 Jahre Alt und im guten Zustand. Ich verkaufe alles für 375 Euro.
Mietdauer: Befristet oder unbefristet möglich.

I would like to sell all my furniture to the new tenant as well as the grill & oven microwave in the kitchen and the washing machine (all together for 375 Euro). All the furniture and electronic devices are only 4 years old and in a good condition.
