There are currently 2 rooms of the same size to sublet. The building will be rebuilt starting January 2021, thus the duration of the sublease is only 1 Month.

The room is 15qm and is not furnished, but I will be leaving behind some things like my bed frame for sale. You have direct access to the garden through the window.
Room 2
Also 15qm and is not furnished. No direct access to the garden.
The rent is 350Euros including everything(water, heat, electricity, etc). You dont need to pay the radio fees.
A deposit is not required.
The building is located uphill next to the Caritas nursing homes. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and is very close to the woods, it makes for a great walking track.
If you go downhill you can go to Clemens-August-Straße, where there are many restaurants and supermarkets.
The nearest supermarkets are Edeka and Netto, only 5 minutes from foot.
With the bus(602, 601 and 603) it takes about 7 minutes to Bonn central station.
You will be living with the landlord with a common kitchen and bathroom. The landlord works mostly during the day. He is a relatively quiet person
