Das Zimmer ist 20m2 groß. Es ist mitten in Poppelsdorf und erhält morgens und mittags sehr gut Licht.
Das Zimmer schaut zur Straße raus, allerdings ist es gut isoliert und du hörst nachts kaum bis wenig von der Draußenwelt.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert und kommt mit den folgenden Möbeln:
- Bett (140x200), inkl. Matratze und Matratzenschoner
- Schreibtisch plus Stuhl
- Kallaxregal
- Bücherregal
- Kommode
Weiterhin auch kleinere Möbel, die du auf dem Bild findest, z.B. die Lebensmittelboxen und das Regal neben dem Waschbecken.
Auch teilst du dir mit den restlichen MBs (dazu gleich mehr) eine große Küche und mehrere Badezimmer.

The room is 20m2. It is in the middle of Poppelsdorf and gets very good light in the morning and at noon.
The room faces the street, but it is well insulated and you will hear little or nothing of the outside world at night.
The room is furnished and comes with the following furniture:
- Bed (140x200), incl. mattress and mattress protector.
- Desk plus chair
- Kallax shelf
- book shelf
- drawers
Furthermore, smaller furniture that you find in the picture, e.g. the food boxes and the shelf next to the washbasin.
You also share a large kitchen and several bathrooms with the rest of the flat mates (more on that in a moment).
Du bist mitten in Bonn!
Mehrere Busse fahren vom Poppelsdorfer Platz in die Innenstadt die innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen sind.
In Poppelsdorf ist die NatFak nicht weit und ebenso das Krankenhaus und jegliche Poppelsdorfer Mensen.
Mit dem Fahrrad erreichst du auch ohne Probleme die Uni in der Innenstadt und zu Fuß läufst du fast nur die schöne Poppelsdorfer Allee runter um im Herzen Bonns zu sein.

You are in the middle of Bonn!
Several buses go from Poppelsdorfer Platz to the city centre, which can be reached within a few minutes.
In Poppelsdorf, the natural sciences are not far away, as are the hospital and all the Poppelsdorf canteens.
You can also easily reach the university in the city centre by bike, and on foot you can walk down the beautiful Poppelsdorfer Allee to be in the heart of Bonn.
Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit Lelia (Medizin), Laura (Bio-Medizin), und Aleks (Physik). Häufig unterhalten wir uns gerne mal zwischen Tür und Angel, quatschen über alle mögliche Themen und betreiben ein "jeder will, keiner Muss" Prinzip.
Ab und an geht es auch mal runter zur Bäckerei um sich auf ein Stück Kuchen zu treffen. Wenn du gerne Bonn kennen lernen möchtest, kann dir immer jemand Tipps geben und kommt sicher auch mal mit auf jegliche Unternehmungen.

You share the flat with Lelia (medicine), Laura (bio-medicine), and Aleks (physics). We often like to talk in passing, chat about all kinds of topics and function on a "everyone can, no one has to" principle.
Every now and then we go down to the bakery to meet for a piece of cake. If you would like to get to know Bonn, someone can always give you tips and will certainly come along on any undertakings.
Da ich sowieso nicht in Bonn sein werden, können wir auch gerne über mein Fahrrad sprechen, das du mit nutzen kannst. Hierfür würde ich die Kaution ggf. etwas erhöhen, aber das kann alles gerne und gut nochmal abgesprochen werden.
Ich bin ebenfalls flexibel was den Ein- und Auszugstag angeht, sodass du auch das Wochenende vor Mietbeginn bzw. Wochenende nach Mietende ein- und ausziehen kannst!

Since I won't be in Bonn anyway, we can also talk about my bike, which you can use if you'd like. I would increase the deposit a little for this if necessary, but that can all be discussed.
I am also flexible about move-in and move-out days, so you can also move in and out the weekend before your sublease starts or the weekend after your sublease ends!
