The small cozy room is directly located on the Poppelsdorfer Allee. The room is fully furnished including a bed, a wardrobe and a desk. The existing furniture costs €150. This includes the bed, the desk, and the wardrobe. Although the room is on the top floor, it is flooded with light during the daytime
As we are living in the heart of Poppelsdorf, everything you need is very close. The supermarkets Edeka, Rewe and Lidl are all ca. 5 min. away by foot. You can reach the central train station also in 5 min. by foot. Campus Poppelsdorf and the main university campus are both reachable within 2 min. by bike.
In the flat, there is a nice kitchen with two fridges, an oven, and a washing machine. There is one bathroom and one toilet.
We are Dima, Mona, and Linh. We are all open-minded people. Mona (24) just finished her master's in Health care management and just taking a break. She is an amazing artist creating incredible paintings. I Dima(25) am studying Business Psychology and like to cook. I play the piano, like doing sports, like techno and dancing. Linh (25) loves to take photos whenever the weather agrees with her and makes the best tiramisu ever.
We are all interested in world affairs and open-minded. For us, it is important that one is not just hiding in his/her own room, but is from time to time involved in some nice talk, grab a drink, discussion, or cooking action. Of course, everyone has their own space to chill. We expect you to have a basic concern about hygiene and keeping common areas clean.
The room is available from September 1st 2022.
