Ich vermiete ein kompaktes, im Winter lichtdurchflutetes, im Sommer angenehm schattig-kühles Zimmer in einer 3er WG. Das Zimmer ist mit einem Kleiderschrank, Schlafsofa, Schreibtisch + Stuhl und Bücherregal ausgestattet. Die Wohnung wird über einen Pelletofen und das Zimmer zusätzlich über eine Wärmepumpe/Klimaanalage geheizt und klimatisiert.
I rent out a large room in a 2-Bedroom-Cohab-Space, which is well lit in winter and nicely shady and cool in summer. The room is furnished with a wardrobe, a sofa/bed, a writing desk and a bookshelf. The room ist heated and cooled by aircon. In addition, the appartement has a wood-pellet burning stove, which heats the hallway and thus the rooms (if you leave your door open)
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße von Schwarzrheindorf, mit 50m Fußweg zum Rheindamm und 200m (je nach Wasserstand) zum Flußufer. Die nächste Bushaltestelle liegt ca. 5min zu Fuß entfernt (Linie 550 und 640), zur Straßenbahn läuft man ca. 10min (Linie 66). Ein Bäcker liegt 5min entfernt, die nächsten beiden Supermärkte je ca. 7min. Mit dem Fahrrad ist es ein Katzensprung nach Beuel-Centrum, wo sich alle möglichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden. Auch Bonn-City und der Hauptbahnhof sind schnell mit dem Bus (ca. 10min) und mit dem Rad (dito) zu erreichen.
Our house is in a quiet side street of Schwarzrheindorf, with 50m to the dam and aprox. 200m to the river Rhine. The next Busstop is within 5min walking distance (Line 550 and 640), the tram is aprox. 10min away (Line 66). There's a bakery around the corner and two supermarkets in about 7min walking distance. If you want to do more serious shopping, Beuel is just a few minutes bike ride away, as is the City of Bonn (aprox. 10min by bike or bus).
Ich bin der Eigentümer dieser wunderschönen Wohnung und lebe auch hier. Sympathie entscheidet: Du darfst einziehen, wenn wir uns nett finden, Du bereit bist Dich in der WG einzubringen (Putzdienste, Müll rausbringen, aber auch gemeinsames Grillen, gelegentliche Partys). Bitte keine Krawallnudeln oder Einsiedler.

You‘ll also agree to help with cleaning, doing the dishes and getting the rubbish out, and are willing to participate in occasional parties.
