Ich suche eine nette Mitbewohnerin ab dem 1.1.14 (oder 1.2.14) für eine 60m² Dachgeschosswohnung in der Fußgängerzone in der Siegburger Innenstadt, ca. 50m vom Bahnhof entfernt (24min nach Bonn Hbf).
Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer (ca.15m²), ein Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile (Kühlschrank, Backofen etc. vorhanden) und ein Bad mit Dusche/WC. Alle Zimmer haben Dachschräge, die Wohnung liegt in der 5.Etage, allerdings mit Aufzug.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt pro Person 265€ warm plus 30€ für Strom und Telefon/Internet.
Ich bin 26 Jahre alt und studiere Zahnmedizin an der Uni Bonn.
