Da ich das nächste Semester im Ausland verbringen werde, wird mein schönes WG Zimmer von Februar bis Ende September frei! Das Zimmer befindet sich im Souterrain eines schönen Altbaus in der Südstadt. Das Untergeschoss merkt man dem Zimmer allerdings nicht an, da es eine Tür und ein Fenster in den Garten hat, wodurch es gleichzeitig schön hell und super ruhig ist. Plus Punkt: während die meisten deiner Freund*innen im Sommer in ihren Zimmern schmelzen werden, wird es bei dir im Souterrain angenehm kühl bleiben! Ich werde alle Möbel (140er Bett, Schrank, Couch, Sessel, Tisch und Stühle) im Zimmer lassen, so dass du nur deine Sachen einräumen musst.
I am subletting my cute room in a shared flat from February to September while studying a semester abroad! the room is in the basement of a beautiful old house in the Südstadt. you will barely notice that the room is located in the houses basement, because you have your own door and a window leading to the houses beautiful garden, which makes the room both bright and quiet. big extra: during the summer heat its going to be nice and cool, while you can also enjoy your time in the garden. I will leave my entire furniture in the room (1.40m bed, wardrobe, sofa, table) so you only have to bring your stuff.
Die WG liegt sehr zentral in der schönen Südstadt. Edeka, Rewe, Netto, DM, Apotheken, Bäckereien, Restaurants und Cafés sind alle im wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Zum hbf brauchst du zu Fuß etwa 15 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad gerade einmal 4. Auch die Unistandorte am Hofgraten und in Poppelsdorf sind von hier aus schnell erreicht. Die nächste Bushaltestelle wird von der Linie 600 befahren, ansonsten sitzt man auch schnell in den Linien 61 und 62.
The shared flat is very central in the beautiful Südstadt. shops, farmacies and bakeries are only a few minutes walk away. you only need to walk 15 minutes to walk to the main station, on bike it's only 4 minutes. the uni in Poppelsdorf and Hofgarten are also not far away. the next bus line is the 600, the tram lines 61 and 62 are also nearby.
Du wohnst zusammen mit Oona, 26, Masterstudentin in Asienwissenschaften. Sie ist lustig, zuverlässig und eine tolle Partnerin für ein "kurzes" Pläuschen bei einer Tasse Tee oder zwischen Tür und Angel in der WG. Im Sommer lockt der Garten zu wine and dine auf der Terrasse. Im Garten wohnen übrigens deine anderen Mitbewohnis: 6 kleine Schildkröten, die dem Vermieter gehören und direkt vor deinem Fenster das gute Leben leben. Den Garten nutz außer den 🐢 und uns eigentlich niemand. Im Sommer schauen Samstags hin und wieder zwei Gärtner vorbei, Arbeit haben wir mit dem Garten also auch nicht.
you will share the flat with Oona, 26, who is a masters student of Asian studies. she's fun and reliable and great for a "short" chat over a cup of tea.
In the garden also live 6 little tortoises. usually nobody uses the garden, except for us and the tortoises. sometimes there are gardeners who come over for a couple of hours, so we don't have any trouble maintaining the greens.
Leider gibt es keine Waschmaschine, aber der nächste Waschsalon ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Auch die Küche ist zwar zugegebenermaßen etwas improvisiert, aber ich konnte bisher alles kochen, was ich wollte.
Die Gespräche können wir über Zoom und vor Ort vereinbaren. Wir freuen uns auf deine Nachricht!
There is no washing machine in the flat but there is the possibility to do your laundry at a shop nearby. the kitchen is also a bit improvised but so far I've been able to cook anything I wanted to without problems.
