This is a fully furnished room facing the garden side of the flat. The bed in the picture belongs to the current tenant and will be replaced with an equivalent one. Like the whole flat, this room is very bright and catches the afternoon sun. It is very quiet, despite being so central - at most you'll hear the birds chirping in the garden.
It is situated in a quiet, residential area of the Südstadt, conveniently located, a mere 2 minutes' distance from the Arndtstr. bus stop (with lines 610 and 611 connecting you to the Heussallee, Deutsche Welle and Post Tower stops) or the Bundesrechnungshof/ Auswärtiges Amt tram stop (both two stops into the city centre and Heussallee).
10 minutes' walk will take you into the city centre or to a number of supermarkets/ drug store situated on Bonner Talweg (e.g. Netto, Rewe and DM).
About 3 minutes' walk away is a post office and there are several restaurants and café/ pubs within walking distance from the flat.
This WG is currently composed of 3 full-time professionals who decided that sharing a flat is more fun and convenient than living alone. :)

A few ground rules are initially established with regards to keeping the flat in order but otherwise I am pretty easy-going and it is more important to me that you feel at home.

As I work, viewing the flat is only possible in the evenings and on the week-ends.
