19m², aber die Schrägen machen alles noch was größer, man hat also genügend Stauraum. Es gibt eine NIsche, in der deine Vormieterin ihr Bett untergebracht hatte.

Meine noch Mitbewohnerin würde gerne einen Teil ihrer Möbel da lassen, also Schränke, Kommode, Schreibtisch, Sofa etc. und hätte dafür gerne noch einen Obolus, aber wenn du deine eigenen Möbel hast, kann man sicher eine gute Lösung finden!
19m², but it is bigger due to some bevel. Just watch all the pictures or come over to have a look. My former flatmate likes to leave some of her furniture, e. g. Cupboards and stuff, but we will find a compromiss if you have your own stuff.
Südstadt ist eben Südstadt, aber die Bahn hält direkt vor der Haustür und man braucht mit dem Fahrrad 10 min. zum Bahnhof und zum Unihauptgebäude. Direkt gegenüber ist ein Netto und eine Straße weiter der Rewe. Apotheke, Drogerie, Bäcker und so sind alle fußläufig zu erreichen, aber in die Innenstadt braucht man mit der Bahn auch nur 10 min.
The Tram is right in front of our door and takes about 10 min. to the city-center. By bike it takes 10 min. to the central station and to the universitys main buliding. There are several shops nearby.

Ich suche einen netten, aufgeschlossenen und geselligen Menschen, mit dem man seinen Spaß haben kann, aber auch mal die halbe Nacht philosophieren, oder eben die Tür zu machen kann. Dies ist keine Zweck-Wg!
Du solltest trinkfest sein und zumindest Rauch-tolerant oder selber Raucher sein.

Der größte Nachteil an der Wg ist, dass es keine Waschmaschine gibt (und auch keinen Anschluss dafür!!), aber der nächste Waschsalon ist gleich um die Ecke.
Der Einzugstermin ist übrigens flexibel, ne Woche eher oder so geht nach Absprache auch.
