Wir suchen eine/n Nachmieter/in für ein helles und sehr schönes WG-Zimmer.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in der zweiten Etage.
Es ist mit Laminatfußboden ausgestattet und wird unmöbliert übergeben.
Durch die hohen Decken und zwei große Fenster wirkt das Zimmer sehr großzügig.
Das Zimmer befindet sich neben der Küche und hat einen eigenen Eingang innerhalb der Wohnung.
Neben einem großen Bad verfügt die Wohnung, die über zwei Etagen geht, über ein Gäste-WC.
We are looking for a new flatmate for a bright and spacious room. The room is located in the second floor and has high ceilings. The kitchen is located next to the room and the room has a separate entrance within the flat. There is also a an extra bathroom.
Die Lage des Hauses könnte nicht besser sein. Es liegt in der Königstraße (mittlerer Teil), also ein Block von den Bahnschienen entfernt. Es sind nur wenige Gehminuten zum Hauptbahnhof, zur Uni und in die Innenstadt. Trotzdem ist es recht ruhig gelegen, da wenige Autos durch die Straße fahren.Es gibt auch einen Supermarkt in unmittelbare Nähe, sowie einige Cafés und Restaurants. Quasi vor der Haustür gibt es auch eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle, ihr seid also auch gut an den Rest der Stadt angebunden,
The flat is located in Königstraße, a block away from the train tracks. It takes only a few minutes to reach the central station, inner city and the university. Even though the location is really central, it is quiet and there are few cars driving through the street. There is a super market, as well as cafés, bars and restaurants within a five minute walk. Public transportation is easily reachable on the same street.
Bernadett ist Historikerin und arbeitet in einem Museum im Public Relations Bereich, Tim ist Geowissenschaftler und in der Wissenschaftsförderung tätig, Felicitas zieht ebenfalls zum 01.10. ein und arbeitet in der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit.
Wie sich das WG-Leben dann in Zukunft gestaltet, ist also noch offen ;-). Uns ist aber wichtig, dass wir nicht in einer Zweck-WG leben, sondern auch gemeinsam etwas unternehmen oder ab und zu einfach nur zusammen Abendessen. Da wir alle berufstätig sind, wäre es schön, wenn du es auch bist, ist aber kein Muss.
Bernadett is a historian and working in public relations in a museum, Tim studied geoscience and is working in research. Felicitas will also move in on the 1st of October, she is working in international development. With 2 new flatmates joining we would like to continue to cook and do some activities together once in a while and depending on availability. As we are all working, we would prefer somebody who is working rather than somebody who is studying, but this is not the main criteria.
Das Zimmer ist zum 01.10.2016 zu vermieten. Bitte stell dich in der E-Mail kurz vor, schreibe was du derzeit machst, dein Alter und etwas zu deinen Hobbies usw. Wir möchten gerne in der kommenden Woche Montag- und Dienstagabend Besichtigungstermine anbieten. Bitte schreib, wann du Zeit hast.
