DEUTSCH: Sie können früher einziehen als das angegebene Datum, ab dem 5. Juni 2023. Aufgrund eines neuen Jobs werde ich Ende Mai aus meinem gemütlichen Zimmer ausziehen. Das Zimmer hat eine Größe von etwa 11 m², bietet jedoch mit einem Hochbett zusätzlichen Platz (+6/7 m²). Die hohe Decke schafft eine großzügige Atmosphäre und das große Ostfenster sorgt den ganzen Tag über für reichlich natürliches Licht. In den wärmeren Monaten wird das Licht von einem üppigen Kastanienbaum vor dem Gebäude wunderschön gefiltert.
Die Miete von 352 € beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten wie Strom, Internet, Telefon und GEZ-Gebühren.
Bei Bedarf kann das Zimmer möbliert übernommen werden, einschließlich Sofa, Sessel, Schreibtisch, Matratze des Hochbetts, IKEA-Kommode, kleinerer Regale, Wäschekorb, Dekoration und Lampen (wie auf den Bildern zu sehen), alles zusammen für 80 €.
ENGLISH: You can move in earlier than the advertised date, starting from Jun 5th, 2023. I will be moving out of my cozy room at the end of May due to a new job. The room is approximately 11 m² in size, but with a loft bed, it offers additional space (+6/7 m²). The high ceiling creates a spacious ambiance, and the large East-facing window ensures abundant natural light throughout the day. In the warmer months, the light is beautifully filtered by a lush horse chestnut tree just outside the building.
The rent of 352€ includes all utilities such as electricity, internet, telephone, and GEZ.
If desired, the room can be taken over furnished, including the sofa, armchair, desk, loft bed mattress, IKEA dresser, smaller shelves, laundry basket, decorations, and lamps (as shown in the pictures), all available for 80 €.
DEUTSCH: Das Haus befindet sich in der wunderschönen Südstadt, die für ihre zahlreichen Cafés, Bars und wilhelminische Architektur bekannt ist. Die Gegend erfüllt alle wesentlichen Bedürfnisse: Supermärkte (Edeka, Rewe, Netto), Apotheke, DM und Bank befinden sich alle innerhalb von 2-5 Gehminuten. Die Anbindung ist ebenfalls hervorragend: Der Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Darüber hinaus ist der Bahnhof in 10 Gehminuten erreichbar und die Universität in ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß.
ENGLISH: The house is situated in Südstadt, known for its charming cafes, bars, and Wilhelmian architecture. All essential amenities are conveniently within reach, including supermarkets (Edeka, Rewe, Netto), a pharmacy, DM, and a bank, all just a 2-5 minute walk away. Excellent transportation connections are available, with a bus and tram stop only 3 minutes away. Moreover, the train station is a 10-minute walk and the university is approximately 10-15 minutes away on foot.
DEUTSCH: In unserer WG gibt es derzeit eine freundliche Mischung aus 2 Männern und 2 Frauen im Alter von 24 bis 28 Jahren. Wir kommen aus Deutschland und Südkorea und sind sowohl Studenten als auch Berufstätige. Wir suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner oder eine neue Mitbewohnerin, der/die Wert auf Sauberkeit, Offenheit und einen guten Sinn für Humor legt. Gemeinsame Zeit verbringen wir gerne miteinander, sei es beim Kochen, bei entspannten Abenden oder einfach beim Quatschen. Dabei respektieren wir auch den persönlichen Freiraum und legen Wert auf eine ausgewogene und harmonische Wohnatmosphäre.
ENGLISH: Currently, we have a friendly mix of 2 male and 2 female occupants in our flat, aged between 24 and 28, representing Germany and South Korea. Among us are students and working professionals. We are looking for a new flatmate who values cleanliness, openness, and has a good sense of humor. We enjoy spending time together, whether it's cooking, relaxing evenings, or simply chatting. We also respect personal space and prioritize a balanced and harmonious living atmosphere.
