Das Zimmer ist geräumig und durch 2 riesige Fenster auch sehr hell. Es gibt ein Waschbecken und einen Herd mit Backofenfunktion. Die meisten Möbel, die man auf den Bildern sehen kann, sind vom Vermieter gestellt und gehören zum Zimmer dazu. Wenn das gewünscht ist, würde ich den Tisch, den Kühlschrank und die Kaffeemaschine und weitere kleinere Sachen aber auch gegen einen kleinen Abschlag abgeben, sodass das Zimmer dann im Endeffekt voll möbliert wäre.
Das Bad und die Waschmaschine wird mit 3 weiteren Leuten auf der Etage geteilt. Insgesamt gibt es im Haus 4 Etagen mit jeweils einem Badezimmer. Es gibt einen Garten, der mitbenutzt werden kann.
Da es einen Bahnübergang in ca. 40 m Entfernung gibt, sollte man nicht allzu geräuschempfindlich sein.

The room is spacious and also very bright due to 2 huge windows. There is a sink and a stove with oven function. Most of the furniture you can see in the pictures is provided by the landlord and comes with the room. If you wish, I would also give away the table, the fridge, the coffee machine and other smaller items for little money, so that the room would be fully furnished.
The bathroom and the washing machine are shared with 3 other people on the same floor. In total, there are 4 floors in the house, each with a bathroom. There is a garden that can be shared.
As there is a railway crossing about 40 m away, you should not be too sensitive to noise.
10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Hauptbahnhof, zum Hofgarten oder in die Innenstadt.
Rhein und Juridicum sind auch quasi um die Ecke. Haltestelle Nassestr./Arithmeum direkt vor der Haustür.

Das Haus wird größtenteils von Studierenden verschiedener Fachrichtungen im Alter von 20-32 bewohnt. Es sind auch einige Internationals dabei (Indien, Syrien, Italien). Es gibt eine WhatsApp-Gruppe, in der man bei etwaigen Fragen immer schnell Hilfe findet.
