Hallo, wir suchen einen/eine Zwischenmieter/in für ein etwa 15m² Zimmer in unserer 5er-WG in einem Studentenwohnheim. Das Zimmer ist dank des großen Fensters den ganzen Tag über sehr hell und freundlich. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert. Internet ist über WLAN in der gesamten Etage verfügbar.
Zwei Waschmaschinen im Keller sowie eine Trockenmaschine.
Die Toilette und Küche sind gemeinsam.
In der angegebenen Miete sind alle Nebenkosten enthalten.
We are looking for a renter of 15 m2 furnished room in a student dormitory for one month. The toilet and bathroom are shared used with other 4 floor mates.
Das Wohnheim liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der Tannenbusch Mitte Bahnhaltestelle. Der Hauptbahnhof und die Innenstadt lassen sich in etwa 7 Minuten mit der Bahn erreichen, alle 10 min gibt es eine Bahn.
Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls ideal: Kaufland, Aldi, Lidl und dm sind zu Fuss in maximal 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Bushaltestelle ist auch 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
The location is in the center of Tannenbusch Mitte. The Subway and Bus stations are 5 min walking. There is a train every 10 min which needs 7 min to get Bonn center station.
Supermarkets and shopping center are near around.
Insgesamt gehen wir das Zusammenleben sehr entspannt an: alles kann, nichts muss. :)
