3-Zimmer Wohnung im 3. OG, insgesamt recht hell. Das Zimmer ist mit 11m2 das kleinste in der WG. Fenster geht zum Balkon raus, auf den man von einem der anderen Zimmer gelangt - wird aber gerne geteilt. Küche und Flur sind recht klein, gibt leider keinen sonstigen Gemeinschaftsraum. Sofa und Tisch kriegen wir aber unter, und im größten Zimmer werden wohl auch noch Tisch und Sitzgelegenheiten untergebracht, die dann auch mal genutzt werden können.
Es handelt sich um eine WG-Neugründung, das Zimmer ist wie der Rest der Wohnung unrenoviert, das heißt natürlich Arbeit, aber auch freie Gestaltung.

3-room appartment on the 3rd floor, pretty bright overall. The room is the smallest with 11m2, with a window out to the balcony which is accessed from another room, you'll be able to use it though. Kitchen and hallway are kinda small, there's no other shared rooms sadly. We'll manage to fit a couch and a table somewhere though, and there'll be seating and a couch in the biggest room, which can be used sometime too.
We're moving into the flat now as well, it is currently unrenovated, including your room. Lots of work, you'll be able to make it your own though.
Gerade noch in Alt-Tannenbusch. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, mit dem ÖPNV ist man schnell in der Stadt und an eigentlich allen Uni-Gebäuden. Tannenbuscher Düne ist direkt hinter dem Haus. Zimmer geht nach hinten raus, also keine Straße, dafür eine Schule.

Still barely in Alt-Tannenbusch. Good options for groceries etc, great access to public transport. You'll be in the center in 15 min or so, pretty much all university buildings are easily accessible too. A park is right behind the block, your room faces that way too - no street noise, your window opens to a schoolyard though.
Wir sind Marie, 19, fängt Geografie an, und Kolja, 25, beginnt seinen Master in VWL. WG wird neu gegründet - wir kennen uns zwar schon, ihr seid aber nicht das dritte Rad am Wagen bei einer Sandkastenfreundschaft oder so. Vom WG-Leben wünschen wir uns ein gemütliches und entspanntes Miteinander - mal zusammen kochen, Serien & Filme schauen, Unsinn unternehmen usw. Gleichzeitig ist es uns wichtig, dass jeder seine Ruhe hat und nicht dauernd Rabautz zuhause ist. Heißt natürlich nicht, dass es nie WG-Parties o.Ä. gibt ;)
Du solltest auch in der Lage sein, die Gemeinschaftsräume einigermaßen sauber und ordentlich zu halten, aber auch keinen Sauberkeitswahn haben.

We are Marie, 19, starting her geography bachelor, and Kolja, 25, starting his masters in economy. As stated previously, we'll be moving in freshly too - we do know each other, but you won't be the third wheel in a childhood friendship. We want a relaxed and peaceful shared life - cooking together, watch series and movies, be silly together... At the same time, it's important to us that everybody has the quiet they need, without permanent havoc at home. Doesn't mean there won't be parties from time to time ;)
You should be able to keep a sane amount of tidy- and cleanliness in shared spaces without being a neat freak.
Wir renovieren die Wohnung bei Einzug, schaffen eine Küche und ein paar Gemeinschaftsmöbel an. Dementsprechend bist du für die Renovierung deines Zimmers verantwortlich und es wird bei Einzug ein Beitrag für Küche etc. fällig, der aber noch nicht fest steht.
Die angegebene Miete ist ebenfalls noch nicht in Stein gemeißelt und soll als Richtwert für alles dienen (inkl. Strom, Heizung, Internet), es wird aber in keinem Fall mehr, wahrscheinlich sogar ein gutes Bisschen weniger.
Ihr solltet Studenten sein, da sich der Vermieter dies wünscht. Wir suchen nach einem langfristigen Mitbewohner.
Bitte schreibt uns ein wenig über euch selbst, wieso ihr der beste Mitbewohner wärt und vergesst beim Copy&Paste nicht, den Namen anzupassen ;)

We'll renovate the flat when moving in, and we'll buy kitchen appliances and some shared furniture. That does mean you'll be responsible for renovating your own room, and there will be an amount to pay when moving in to pay your share for kitchen & furniture. Amount is tbd.
The proposed rent isn't fixed yet either - it's more like an upper limit, you'll definitely not pay more, and probably a decent amount less. It includes everything - heating, electricity, internet.
You should be a student (landlord's requirement). We're also looking for a long-term flatmate.
