Das Zimmer ist direkt unter dem Dach, möbiliert, mit Aussicht in den Garten und ca. 15qm groß. Ein Bad kann praktisch allein genutzt werden. Meine Kinder sind beide aus dem Haus, wenn sie mal da sind, werden sie das Bad auch nutzen.
Das gesamte Haus ist relativ groß (ca. 150qm), mit kleinem Garten nach hinten. Die Innenarchitektur des Hauses ist relativ offen, wenn Du zu Deinem Zimmer willst, musst Du eine Treppe nach oben gehen, die offen im Haus integriert ist. Eine Wand ist sage und schreibe 8m hoch - ein ziemlich tolles Raumgefühl.
Küche kann mitgenutzt werden.
Ückesdorf ist ein ruhiges Viertel, hier wohnen überwiegend Familien. In ca. 5min ist man im Feld und dann relativ schnell im Kottenforst.
Der Bus in die Stadtmitte ist ca. 5 min entfernt, fährt alle 20 Minuten und benötigt bis zum Hauptbahnhof 20 min.
Meine Kinder sind erwachsen und aus dem Haus. Hier leben noch zwei Katzen (Freigänger), die schon im "Seniorenalter" sind. Ich selbst bin 60 Jahre und voll berufstätig.
Als Studentin habe ich selbst in WGs gewohnt, das ist natürlich schon ein paar Jahre her :-)
Das Zusammenleben sollte sich entwickeln - jenachdem, wer wieviel Freiraum möchte und benötigt.
