Dein neues Zimmer ist ca. 16qm2 groß, sehr hell und hat wunderschöne hohe Decken. Der Kleiderschrank, der Schreibtisch (+ Malm Kommode) und das Bett bleiben da. Die Abschlagszahlung von 290€ umfasst außer diesen Möbeln noch gemeinsam angeschaffte Dinge für die WG (Router, Mikrowelle, Möbel in der Küche usw.).
Die Wohnung liegt zentrumsnah. In jeweils 15 Minuten bist du zu Fuß in der Altstadt oder am Hbf. Sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, Rewe, Dm) liegen direkt vor der Tür, ebenso die Bushaltestelle Karlstraße.
In der WG lebt noch Fabia (20, studiert Agrarwissenschaften im 2. Semester). Du bist für sie der perfekte neue Mitbewohner wenn du humorvoll, unkompliziert, spontan, offen und rücksichtsvoll bist. Du solltest Interesse daran haben, auch mal etwas gemeinsam zu unternehmen (es soll keine Zweck-WG sein).
