Wir sind Maike (23), Ava (30), Leo (30) und Flo (27), die das WG-Haus bewohnen. Maike studiert Naturschutz und Landschaftsökologie im Master, probiert sich regelmäßig im Yoga und ist auch mal auf der ein oder anderen Feier anzutreffen (schleppt auch gern mal die WG mit). Ava ist begeisterte Tennisspielerin, immer für einen Kinobesuch zu haben, arbeitet beim Forest Stewardship Council und kommt ursprünglich aus den USA. Leo hat seine Kindheit in Italien verbracht, ist ständig in Urlaubsstimmung und managed nebenbei gut gelaunt und gesprächig die WG. Flo ist der frischgebackene Data Scientist aus dem Home Office, der gerne seine 5-Köpfige WG bekocht.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist nach Nord-Westen ausgerichtet. Zur allgemeinen Wohnfläche gehört das gesamte Haus mit geräumigem Wohnzimmer (mit TV/Netflix/Prime/…) und offener Küche, die mit allem ink. Spül- und Kaffemaschine ausgestattet ist. Es gibt ein großes Bad mit Badewanne/Dusche, sowie ein Gäste-WC. Die einladende Südterasse mit Webergrill und Garten eignet sich ideal für Grillabende und ein kaltes Bier. Im Keller steht die Waschmaschine und ein zusätzlicher Eisschrank.

We are Maike (23), Ava (30), Leo (30), and Flo (27), who live in this shared house. Maike is a master student (nature conservation and ecology) while she loves Yoga and partying. Ava is an avid tennis player, works at the Forest Stewardship Council, and originally from the USA. Leo spent his childhood in Italy, is always in vacation mode, and manages the shared household alongside. Flo is the freshly minted Data Scientist working from home, who enjoys cooking.
The room is located on the ground floor and faces north-west. The common living space includes the entire house with a spacious living room (equipped with TV/Netflix/Prime, etc.) and an open kitchen complete with everything, including a dishwasher and coffee machine. There is a large bathroom with a bathtub/shower, as well as a guest toilet. The inviting south terrace with a Weber grill and garden is perfect for barbecue evenings and cold beer. In the basement, you'll find the washing machine and an additional freezer.
Das Haus liegt nur 200m vom Poppelsdorfer Campus und der Mensa entfernt. Etliche Buslinien in unmittelbarer Nähe (2 min. zu Fuß) bringen Dich in kurzer Zeit überall hin. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es so etwa fünf Minuten mit dem ÖPNV.
Alle Läden des täglichen Bedarfs sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar (Rewe, Edeka, Lidl, Aldi, dm, Bauhaus).
Mit dem Auto ist man sehr gut an die A565 (Ausfahrt Endenich) angebunden, Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es genug, zudem gibt es Fahrradstellplätze im Garten und vor dem Haus.

The house is just 200m away from the Poppelsdorfer Campus and the cafeteria. Several bus lines in close proximity (2 min walk) can take you anywhere quickly. The main train station is about five minutes away by public transport. All daily essentials can be reached within a few minutes walking (Rewe, Edeka, Lidl, Aldi, dm, Bauhaus). You have easy access to the A565 (Exit Endenich) by car, and there are ample parking options. Additionally, can leave your bike in front of the house or in the garden.
Wir suchen jemanden, der/die Lust auf WG-Leben, Koch-Aktionen, Gartenpflege, Netflixabende und (Wein-)Wanderungen hat. Gelegentlich wird auch mal ausgelassen gefeiert. Natürlich hat auch jeder genug Zeit für sich und es besteht die Möglichkeit in Ruhe von zu Hause zu arbeiten.
Aktuell ist die WG-Hauptkommunikationssprache Deutsch, aber Internationals welcome!

We are looking for someone who enjoys shared living, cooking activities, garden care, Netflix nights, and (wine) hikes. Occasionally, we like to have lively celebrations as well. Of course, everyone has enough personal space, and it is possible to work from home. Right now we mostly speak German, but internationals welcome!
Sauberkeit und ein gewisses Maß an Ordnung gehören hier natürlich dazu. Wir haben derzeit keinen Putzplan, weil es auch so gut läuft. Lebensmittel kaufen wir zum Großteil zusammen und rechnen dann über die Splitwise-App ab. Wenn jemand etwas nur für sich kaufen will oder den exzessiven Nutella-Konsum anderer Mitbewohner nicht finanzieren möchte ist das aber natürlich auch gar kein Problem ;)
Besichtigungs- und Kennenlerntermine planen wir für Anfang kommender Woche (ab 27. November). Wir freuen uns!

We like to keep it clean in the house. Currently, we don't have a cleaning schedule, because things are running smoothly without one. We mostly buy groceries together and settle the bills using the Splitwise app. However, if someone wants to buy something just for themselves or doesn't want to finance the excessive Nutella consumption of other housemates, that's perfectly fine as well ;)
We plan to schedule meetings for viewing the flat beginning of next week (starting 27 November). We are looking forward!
