Das Zimmer ist ca 20qm² groß, vollmöbliert und liegt zum Innenhof hin. Highlight ist auf jeden Fall der große Balkon mit gemütlichen Sitzpaletten, Gartentisch, Stühlen und Grill, welcher gemeinsam von der WG genutzt wird. Da der Balkon auf der Südseite des Hauses liegt, hat man hier praktisch den ganzen Tag Sonne. Im Frühling und Sommer verbringen wir gerne viele Stunden hier um gemeinsam zu essen, zu entspannen, Musik zu hören, ...
Im Zimmer befinden sich ein großer Holzschreibtisch mit Schreibtischstuhl und mit kleinem Schrank, ein Fernseher (allerdings ohne TV-Anschluss), Musikanlage, großes Ecksofa, ein Glastisch mit Schubladen, ein Schallplattenspieler und natürlich meine 3 Kakteen Erich, Karl und Kurt. Unter dem Bett befinden sich 2 große ausziehbare Schubladen in dem sich genug Platz für deine Klamotten findet. Außerdem habe ich auch eine Kleiderstange. Zu guter letzt habe ich auch eine dimmbare Deckenbeleuchtung und 2 schöne Lampen für atmosphärisches Licht zu bieten. Ich würde auf jeden Fall sämtliche Schränke und Schubladen leeren damit du genug Platz für deine Sachen hast. Wenn das für dich in Ordnung ist würde ich gerne einen Teil der Bücher hier lassen, aber zur Not könnte ich auch alle mitnehmen. An denen darfst du dich natürlich auch fleißig bedienen. Die Möbel würde ich weitesgehend gerne alle für die 4 Monate drin lassen. Wenn du mir versprichst gut drauf aufzupassen lasse ich dir auch gerne die Musikanlage und meinen Schallplattenspieler inklusive Schallplatten da. Küche und Bad sind gut bestückt und werden gemeinschaftlich genutzt und geputzt.

The room is about 20sqm, fully furnished and faces the courtyard. One of the highlights is definitely the large balcony with comfortable seating, garden table, chairs and barbecue, which is shared by the WG. Since the balcony is located on the south side of the house, you have sun here practically all day. In spring and summer we like to spend many hours here to eat together, relax, listen to music, ...
In the room there is a large wooden desk with a desk chair and with a small cabinet, a TV (but without TV connection), music system, large corner sofa, a glass table with drawers, a record player and of course my 3 cacti Erich, Karl and Kurt. Under the bed are 2 large pull-out drawers in which there is enough space for your clothes. I also have a clothes rail. Last but not least, I also have dimmable ceiling lighting and 2 beautiful lamps for atmospheric light to offer. I would definitely empty all the closets and drawers so you have enough space for your things. If that's okay with you, I'd like to leave some of the books here, but if need be, I could take them all. Of course you can also help yourself to them. I would like to leave all the furniture for the 4 months. If you promise to take good care of it, I'll gladly leave you the stereo and my record player including records. Kitchen and bathroom are well stocked and are shared and cleaned.
Lage in drei Worten: Eine glatte Eins. In 5 Minuten ist man am Hauptbahnhof oder an der Haltestelle Thomas-Mann-Straße. Direkt vor der Tür befindet sich die Bushaltestelle Herwarthstraße und Bachstraße, von hier fahren Busse Richtung Endenich. Alnatura und LIDL liegen ca 5 Minuten entfernt. Trotz Hauptbahnhof Nähe hört man in meinem Zimmer von den Zügen nichts, nur das sanfte Gezwitscher der Kanarienvögel welche den Innenhof bevölkern. Wenn du im März kommst kannst du dich an dem wunderschönen Kirschbäumen erfreuen, außerdem befindet sich ein paar Häuser weiter unser allerliebster Lieblingsspanier, Casa d'Olid.

Location in three words: A straight A. In 5 minutes you are at the main station or at the bus stop Thomas-Mann-Straße. Directly in front of the door is the bus stop Herwarthstraße and Bachstraße, from here buses go in the direction of Endenich. Alnatura and LIDL are about 5 minutes away. Despite the proximity to the main station, you can't hear anything from the trains in my room, only the gentle chirping of the canaries that populate the courtyard. If you come in March you can enjoy the beautiful cherry trees, also a few houses away is our very favorite Spanish restaurant, Casa d'Olid.
Wir sind eine kleine gemütliche StudierendenWG, bestehend aus Maike , Daniel und Fred. Da Fred von März bis Ende Juni für ein Praktikum in der Schweiz sein wird, suchen wir für den Zeitraum zwischen dem 5. März bis zum 2. Juli eine*n nette*n Mitbewohner*in. Unsere WG ist offen und tolerant für verschieden Lebensentwürfe. Mit uns kann man super Käffchen trinken, kochen, Siedler spielen, tanzen gehen, quatschen, auf dem Balkon chillen, Maikes Schnecken beobachten, Musik hören und Spaß haben. Gerne kannst du auch jederzeit dein*e Freund*innen mitbringen.
Moin Moin,
hier sind Daniel und Maike deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner*innen. Wir studieren beide in Bonn sehr unterschiedliche Dinge, da geht es von Bildhauerei bis zur Pharmazie. Ähnlich vielfältig geht es bei uns im Alltag zu. Oft wirst du (oder vielleicht dann wir?) geweckt von köstlichem Kaffegeruch der Mokka, der unsere Höhle durchströmt und dich zum Morgen beglückt. Nach unseren individuellen Alltagstäglichkeiten, fliegt jedes Vögelchen zurück ins gemeinsame Nest. Zwischen kuscheligen Abenden zu heiteren Tanzpartys gibt es noch mehr im Sortiment unseres gemeinschaftlichen Lebens. Wenn es dazu kommt, dass wir oder du Ruhe benötigen, wird das auch in allen Zügen unterstützt.
Falls du neu in Bonn bist, zeigen wir dir liebend gerne schöne Stellen der Stadt zum Abhängen, Tischtennis spielen oder Alkoholgenuss.

We are a small cozy student group consisting of Maike, Daniel and Fred. Since Fred will be in Switzerland from March to the end of June for an internship, we are looking for a nice roommate for the period between March 5 and July 2. Our flat-sharing community is open and tolerant for different lifestyles. Here are Daniel and Maike, your future roommates. We both study very different things in Bonn, ranging from sculpture to pharmacy. Our everyday life is similarly diverse. Often you (or maybe then we?) are woken up by the delicious smell of mocha coffee that permeates our den and makes you happy for the morning. After our individual daily routines, each little bird flies back to the common nest. Between cozy evenings to cheerful dance parties, there is more in the assortment of our communal life. If it comes to the fact that we or you need rest, this is also strongly supported.
If you're new to Bonn, we'd love to show you beautiful spots in the city to hang out, play ping pong or grab some drinks.
