After two and a half years, I say goodbye to my beloved room right in the city center!
The room is on the second floor, facing a street with restaurants, stores, and one entrance to the Markt parking. The sun hits the room most of the day and from the window, you can see a beautiful tree, great to feel the change of the seasons.
The 16m2 area fits easily a double bed, desk, wardrobe, and chair/sofa.
The house is made of two identical apartments each with three rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom (6 rooms, 2 kitchens, and 2 bathrooms in total), which you would share with other two people. The kitchen is equipped and it includes a washing machine.
There is also a big terrace at the back of the house, with space for sitting, hanging laundry, and keeping your bike.
The house is in the Stockenstrasse, in the Zentrum district, just a couple blocks from the river and right next to the Uni Bonn, the Markplatz, and the Hofgarten. The U-Bahn stop Universität is three minutes away and the Hauptbahnhof is less than ten minutes away by foot. Kiosks, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, parks, cinemas, and everything you need is also within walking distance.
As I (Angélica) am moving out end of May, I am looking for someone to take over my room, preferably from 1 June but also 1 July.
You would live with Lisa (29, geography master student), Jules (26, social worker), Fabio (24, communications student), Hamza (24, working), and Amalya (23, just arrived from Ukraine).
We are looking for someone that is open, communicative and understands the basics of a shared living situation. We don't just want to live next to each other but also share the nice parts of living together. Everyone has different schedules but we still enjoy coming together over a hot or cold drink or to have a spontaneous cooking session sometimes (New ideas are always welcomed!). We want our home to be a place to feel comfortable in and outside of our own rooms
Living with 5 people is always very active, but with 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens, there is enough space for everybody to feel comfortable. Thanks to the house being distributed over four floors, bedrooms also feel very private.
The contract is unlimited in time.
