Ich suche eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für mein Doppelzimmer unter dem Dach in einem schönen alten Bauernhaus samt toller WG direkt am Rand der Altstadt!
Die WG ist eine bunte Mischung von nicht mehr ganz blutjungen Menschen.
Es ist keine Zweck-WG, sondern wir leben gerne zusammen. Man kann also immer gut jemanden zum Kochen, Bier trinken oder Quatschen in unserer Wohnküche finden - wird aber zu nichts gezwungen!
Der WG-Haushalt bietet alles, was man zum Leben braucht, inklusive Wasch- und Spülmaschine, kompletter Küchenausstattung und Keller. Ausserdem haben wir einen Hof.
Dein Zimmer ist im obersten Geschoss und hat z.T. schräge Decken, Holzboden, ein eigenes Waschbecken und wäre voll möbliert. Ich vermiete es, da ich eine längere Zeit am anderen Ende der Welt unterwegs sein werde. Wir können gerne darüber reden, wieviel Platz du benötigst und wieviel ich frei räumen soll, das ist garkein Problem. Auch über den Zeitraum können wir reden, wobei mir am liebsten ist, wenn du es mindestens 4-5 Wochen am Stück nehmen kannst.
Wichtig ist, dass wir von dir als Zwischenmieter/in erwarten, dass du dich auch etwas in das WG-Leben einbringst... es gibt gewisse Regeln und z.B. einen Putzdienst, den du wie ein volles WG-Mitglied auch übernehmen müsstest. Aber keine Sorge, das kann ich dann alles erklären.
Die Abschlagszahlung möchte ich als Sicherheit, falls irgendwas kaputt geht oder nicht wie besprochen läuft.

I am looking for someone to rent my room during the time I am travelling.
It's in the top floor of a shared house right next to the Bonner Altstadt!
My flatmates are a mixed bunch of people who are all working.
We enjoy sharing time together in our common kitchen or in the courtyard, but their is no obligation to be there every evening ;-)
Our house has everything you need: a fully furnished kitchen with two fridges and dish washer, a washing machine and a cellar. We share an internet and telephone flatrate and have subscribed to a daily newspaper.
Your future room also has everything you might need: a wooden floor, an own sink and basic furniture.
I'm ready to discuss how much space you need and what you might want me to remove from the room so that you feel comfortable.
