In einer 2-er WG in der 3. Etage eines Altbaus wird ab sofort ein Zimmer frei. Das 17m2 Zimmer liegt ruhig zum Hof hin. Die WG hat eine voll ausgestattete Wohnküche und einen Flur mit viel Stauraum. Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich zudem eine überdachte Abstellgelegenheit für Fahrräder.
Die WG liegt in der Altstadt zwischen Frankenbad und Stadthaus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Penny, REWE, ALDI, Bäckereien...), Kneipen und die Innenstadt sind innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor der Tür und die U-Bahnhaltestelle Stadthaus (Linie 66) ist 500m entfernt. Anwohnerparken ist möglich.
Mein Mitbewohner ist sehr entspannt und promoviert in Biologie. Er will aber bald mit seiner Freundin zusammenziehen & ist in den nächsten Wochen fast nur im Urlaub.
