Da ich berufsbedingt ausziehe, wird mein wundersschönes Zimmer frei. Es ist ca. 20 qm groß, hat viel Stuck, Parkett und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Deckenhöhe liegt bei ca. 3.50 m und es gibt (nur von deinem) Zimmer einen Zugang zum Balkon, der wiederum ca. 13 qm groß ist. Daher ist das Zimmer auch super hell.
Topplage - 5 min zum Bahnhof, daher super-zentral, 5 min zum Poppelsdorfer Schloss. Trotz Lage sehr ruhig
du würdest mit zwei sehr netten Mädels wohnen, Kamilla kommt aus Brasilien und arbeitet bei der Deutschen Welle, Tanja aus Russland und arbeitet als Deutschlehrerin. Manchmal unternimmt die ganze WG etwas, manchmal macht aber jeder sein eigenes Ding. Es wäre gut, wenn diese Mischung auch für dich ok wäre.
Da mein neuer Job in Rom sein wird, und ich meine Möbel nicht mitnehmen kann, würde ich sie gern gegen einen Abschlag an dich abtreten. Das Zimmer ist wirklich gut eingerichtet, so dass du sofort einziehen könntest. Alles in allem (also Telefon, Internet-Flat, Heizung, Strom, Wasser etc.) kostet das Zimmer 437 EUR.
