Das Haus ist frisch renoviert, hat eine komplett eingerichtete Küche mit Induktionsherd, Micro, Kühlschrank, Eßecke, Balkon und Gartenaustritt.
Der Zimmerpreis ist 395 EUR warm - keinerlei weitere Kosten. Es sind 660 EUR als Kaution zu zahlen.
