leider ist der Auslandsaufentahlt nun vorbei und die Constance zieht wieder zurück nach Frankreich. Sie zieht aus einer super WG aus, und folglich suchen die Mitbewohner jetzt Verstärkung. Sie hinterlässt ein ca. 15 qm großes Zimmer mit leichten Schrägen. Die Dachgeschosswohnung besteht aus den drei Schlafzimmern, einem Wohnzimmer ca. 16 qm, einem Badezimmer, einem Abstellraum und einer recht großen Küche, die über alles verfügt was man so braucht (Spülmaschine zum Beispiel).
W-lan Internet und TV gibt es (im Mietpreis enthalten), eine Waschmaschine steht im Keller. Fahrräder können auch untergestellt werden und auf dem Speicher und im Keller steht auch noch Stauraum zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert! (relativ neue IKEA Möbel, großes Bett, Schrank, Kommode, Schreibtisch, Fotos auf Anfrage)
Es handelt sich um eine Enheitsmiete! (Miete + NK)

The apartment measures 75 sqm and has 3 bedrooms plus 1 livingroom and 1 fairly big kitchen.
The offered room has 15 sqm since the lat has a living room (16qm), a storage room and a quite nice kitchen the apartment is a very nice place to live. The flat and the room are fully equipped and there is a washing machine in the basement that can be used as well. Wifi internet is included as well as all other expenses like water, power, heating and the furniture in the room.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 5 min. in Poppelsdorf oder am Hauptbahnhof. Mit dem PKW braucht man 4 min. auf die Autobahn und zu Fuß ist die Innenstadt in 8 min. zu erreichen. Diverse Busse fahren von der Haltestellen "Heerstraße" an der Bornheimerstraße ab.

The apartment is located close to all facilities needed such as city center (within 7 min walking, shopping facilities max 7-10 minutes) and the airport bus (25 min.) It can also be easily reached from the central train station (9 min. walk).

Nun kurz zu denen, die noch hier Wohnen:
Die Julia kommt hier aus Deutschland und studiert an der Uni Bonn Germanistik. Madison kommt aus Kanada und macht ein 3 - monatiges Praktikum.
Sonst ist es hier recht locker, es gibt nicht viele Regeln und es funktioniert alles hervorragen.
