Da meine Mitbewohnerin einen Masterstudienplatz in Heidelberg bekommen hat, wird ab dem 6.7. ein Zimmer in der WG frei.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und etwa 25 qm groß. Es geht zur Südseite der Wohnung hinaus und hat einen Zugang zum Balkon. Schon vorhanden sind ein Schrank sowie eine Kommode. Diese sollten für einen kleinen Obulus übernommen warden. Preis auf Verhandlungsbasis.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, direkt am Bonner Hauptbahnhof. Da sie in der 4. Etage liegt, ist es aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Der Bio-Supermarkt ist direkt gegenüber, diverse andere Supermärkte sind in max. 10 Minuten mit Bus, Bahn, dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Innenstadt ist direkt um die Ecke.
Auch das Unihauptgebäude sowie der Campus Poppelsdorf sind in 5 – 10 Minuten bequem erreichbar.
Wer mit dir wohnt: Sabine, 27 – jährige Berufstätige und Ina 23 – jährige Pharmaziestudentin.
Unsere WG soll keine Zweck – WG werden aber wir wollen auch nicht permanent aufeinander hocken. D.h. wenn du gerne mal zwanglos abends was zusammen isst, kochst, trinkst und hin und wieder Lust auf eine kleine Unternehmung hast, bist du hier genau richtig. Besonders wichtig ist aber, dass wir uns gut verstehen.
