Hey Ho lieber Zimmersuchender in Bonn,
Leider muss ich mein Zimmer in Bonn zum 1.7 verlassen und suche nun einen würdigen Nachmieter ;-)
Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 Zimmern plus Wohnzimmer , Küche , Bad und Balkon !Was du bekommst : DeinZimmer ist 18 qm groß , sehr hell und gut geschnitten ! Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller die auch zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung steht . Küche und Bad sind voll eingerichtet ! Noch dazu bekommst du meine liebreizenden Mitbewohner. :)
Kaution und Provision fallen nicht an .
Falls du dich jetzt angesprochen fühlst dann melde dich ganz fix und ruf an .
(Nummer meines Mitbewohners, deshalb bitte keine Mail, die würde die falsche Person erreichen ;) )

Lage: unschlagbare Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof ( ca. 1 Min zum Busbahnhof ) Ideal für Studenten ! Ebenso ist die Innenstadt nur einen Katzensprung entfernt ! :) Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür .
Das Wg-Leben ist sehr entspannt , die beiden sind sehr umgänglich ;) und eine Menge Spaß ist auch garantiert !
