We have a bedroom to rent out from July 1, 2017. The room is about 19 m2 and not furnished. The room has large windows and balcony. The flat is about 80 m2 including three rooms, corridor, kitchen and bath.

Wir vermieten ab dem 1. July 2017 ein WG-Zimmer. Die Wohnung ist circa 80 m2 groß mit drei Zimmern, Flur, Küche und Bad. Das zu vermietenden Zimmer ist 19 m2 groß und nicht möbliert.
Location:
Conveniently located. Only a 10‐15 minute walk or 8 minute bus ride to the center. The river Rhine is only a 5 minute walk away. In addition, restaurants, bakeries, Post, Netto, Rewe, Aldi, pharmacies, and pubs are just 2‐10 minutes away.
Tram 61 is 3 minutes away. Buses 600, 601, and 551 are literally just a few footsteps away from the front door of the apartment.
The flat is in a quiet neighborhood with no traffic outside.
Lage:
Die Lage ist sehr zentral (10-15 Minuten Fussweg vom Zentrum). In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich der Rhein (5 minuten Fussweg. Darüber hinaus sind Restaurants, Bäcker, Postfilialle, Netto, Rewe, Aldi, Apotheken, Kneipen und Bushaltestellen zu Fuß in 2-10 Minuten erreichbar. Busse die fast vor der Tür halten sind die 600, 601 und 551. Die Bahn Linie 61 ist in 3 min zu Fuss zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Lage.

‐ got cool friends? Doors are always open. :) Got mad cleaning skills, bring them on!
‐ not an over‐the‐top party animal: don't get us wrong, we don't want loners, but lets try to keep our house intact.
‐ languages: English, German is a plus.

WG - Leben:
Das WG-Leben ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Beide Mitbewohnerinen sind berufstätig. Insgesamt ist es eine eher ruhige WG, keine Party-WG. Uns ist es wichtig, jemanden zu finden, der auch auf eine angenehme Wohnatmosphäre Wert legt und die Wohnung in einem ordentlichen Zustand hält.
Für unsere WG wünschen wir uns einen netten und aufgeschlossenen Mitbewohner, der keine Zweck-WG sucht, sondern auch gerne mal zusammen kocht oder ein Bier trinken geht.

About the apartment:
‐ 80 m2 with 3 bedrooms and a balcony;
‐ Bathroom with a nice bathtub (can also be used as shower of course) where you can take relaxing bubble baths after a long day of work or hangover;
‐ Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer , ofen, dishwascher etc.!
‐ Basement where you can store some of your belongings.
Die Wohnung:
- 80m2. 3 Zimmer und ein Balkon.
- Badezimmer mit Badewanne (selbstverständlich auch als Dusche nutzbar) in welcher du nach harter Arbeit ein Enstpannungsbad nehmen kannst :)
- Voll ausgestattet Küche mit Kühl-Gefrierkombi , Spüllmaschine und Backofen.
- Kellerraum in welchem du Dinge abstellen kannst.
