Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert mit einem Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank und Regalen. Die Küche bietet einen Backofen, Herd und Kühlschrank sowie ausreichend Stauraum. Außerdem ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden.
Das kleine aber feine Badezimmer ist mit Dusche, WC, etc. ausgestattet.
Durch die großen Fenster ist das Zimmer schön hell und wirkt sehr geräumig.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Quantiusstrasse in direkter Nähe zur Poppelsdorfer Allee und somit sehr zentral.
Es ist eine ideale Anbindung an den ÖPNV gegeben, der Hauptbahnhof ist fußläufig in zwei Minuten zu erreichen und somit auch die Bus- und Bahnanbindungen.
Bars, Restaurants, Supermärkte etc. liegen ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe (Südstadt/Weststadt).
Da ich auch noch nicht lange in der Wohnung wohne, wird sich das WG Leben ganz neu entwickeln. Ich habe gerade mein Masterstudium begonnen.
Das Zimmer wird möbliert übergeben.
Es fallen keine weiteren Kosten an, da diese bereits in der Warmmiete enthalten sind.
