Hello,
I am going to move out and leave my cosy room in Altstadt.My flatsmates are great Germans:Vanessa (24) and Kevin (28), they study at the university. There is also a cute cat Nessi (Vanessa's cat), my flatmate takes good care of her (cleaning,feeding etc).
Room is 14 sq.m, plus you share a dressing room with Vanessa. Montly rent (kalt) is 300 euro, plus 40-electricity and 10-internet, in total you will pay 350 per month. Deposit is 460 euro. I want to sell my furniture (bed,2 bookshells, table, 2 chairs) for 110 euro.
This WG consists of 2 floors. A huge kitchen, second WC, your room and Kevin's room at the 3d floor; impressively big bathroom,dressing room and Vanessa's room are at the 4th floor. This appartment has a central location, just in 5 min you reach the city center with main attractions and shops. You easily can reach any destination by train (66),tram (61,62) or bus ( from Stadthaus or Friedensplatz )
