Dein neues Zimmer ist ca. 17 qm groß und hat 2 große und 2 kleine Fenster. Es ist super hell und mit allen
Möbeln ausgestattet, die man so braucht. Das heißt Schrank, Sofa, Schreibtisch + Stuhl und ein großes Doppelbett. Diese Möbel gehören Justus, der zur Zeit für ein Jahr in London studiert.
ACHTUNG: Das Zimmer was wir in dieser Anzeige anbieten ist nur bis Oktober frei, dann kommt Justus aus London wieder. Dafür werden jedoch ab Oktober Lilas und mein (Lena) Zimmer frei, sodass du auch länger als Oktober bei uns wohnen kannst; dann müsstest du nur innerhalb der Wohnung dein Zimmer wechseln (Lilas Zimmer: 335 Euro, Lenas Zimmer: 385 Euro).
Die Noegerathstrasse ist super zentral gelegen. In einer Minute bist du an der Thomas-Mann-Straße und in drei Minuten am Hbf. Der nächste Rewe ist auch direkt um die Ecke und zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Auch zum Uni Hauptgebäude oder nach Poppeldorf kommst du zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad in nur wenigen Minuten. Also die perfekte Lage für Studenten :)
Aktuell wohnen in der WG Edo, Ángel, Lila und Lena. Lila und ich (Lena) studieren im 5. Semester Agrarwissenschaften und fangen ab April mit unserer Bachelorarbeit an. Edo, (zieht leider aus) studiert zur Zeit noch Mathe im Master und wird dann Ende März seine Masterarbeit abgeben und erstmal wieder in
seine Heimat nach Italien zurück gehen. Der vierte Mitbewohner ist Ángel (aus Spanien) und studiert Angewandte Biologie im 5. Semester. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und kochen gerne mittags und abends in der Küche und schauen ab und zu einen Film zusammen oder verbringen die Zeit anders gemeinsam. Da
wir nicht alle aus Deutschland kommen, sprechen wir meistens Englisch miteinander :)
Your new room is approximately 17 qm, there are two large and two small windows, so it receives plenty of direct sunlight throughout the day. The room is completely furnished and you will find, a wardrobe, a sofa, a desk with an office chair and a large queen-size bed.
The WG is super central, on Noeggarthstrasse which is a minute walk away from Thomas-Mann Stra. and approximately three minutes away from the Hbf. The main university building and Poppelsdorfer campus are easily reachable by foot or bike. The perfect student flat!
Currently, we are four: Edo, Ángel, Lila and Lena. Lila and Lena study Agriculture together in the fifth semester, will begin their Bachelor thesis in April. Ángel, comes from Spain and studies Applied Biology also in the fifth semester and will start his thesis research in March. Lastly, Edo, will present in Master Thesis shortly, and will unfortunately be leaving us soon and returning to Italy. Since we aren’t all German, we often speak English in the flat.
ATTENTION: If you wanna life here longer than Oktober, there is the possibility to move in Lila´s or my room, because then we will finish our bachelors.
