Das Zimmer besteht ursprünglich aus zwei Räumen, die mit einem Durchbruch verbunden wurden. Somit ist ein 28 m2 großes, schön helles Zimmer entstanden, welches sich gut in Wohn- und Schlafbereich unterteilen lässt.
The room was originally separated in a living and a sleeping room. Now they are connected into one bright and spacious room (28 m2), which could be used as living and sleeping room.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral auf dem Bonner Talweg Ecke Reuterstraße über dem Fahrradladen. Zu Fuß ist man in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt, mit der Bahn, die direkt vor der Tür hält in 5 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar (Netto, Rewe, dm etc.). Mit dem Auto ist man direkt auf der Reuterstraße und somit schnell auf der Autobahn. Der Rhein ist auch nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
The flat is quite close to the city center and the University, you can reach them by tram within 6 min., also by feet in 15 min. The tram station (Rittershausstr) is next door. Many shopping facilities are within walking distance. The Rhein is also a 10 min. walk away.
Kürzlich ist ein neuer Mitbewohner eingezogen, der an der Alanus Hochschule Kunsttherapie studiert. Er kommt aus dem Taiwan wegen des Studiums hierher und fühlt sich wohl in Deutschland. Das WG Leben ist ruhig, wir kochen ab und zu zusammen oder gehen etwas trinken. Der Umgang ist respektvoll und entspannt.
Recently a new flatmate moved in, who studies art therapie at the Alanus Hochschule. He comes from Taiwan and likes the life in Bonn a lot. Living together is calm, we cook together or go out from time to time. The company is respectful and relaxed.
