Das Zimmer ist hell und schön groß, hat einen Erker und helles Laminat. 160cm-Bett, geräumiger Schrank, Schreibtisch und zusätzliches Schlafsofa vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat außerdem eine große Küche mit Esstisch und anschließendem Balkon. Im Badezimmer sind Dusche, Badewanne und Waschmaschine ebenfalls vorhanden. Im Flur ist zudem ein Kabuff.
Die Lage ist hervorragend direkt an der Beethovenhalle, diverse Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Nähe (Bertha von Suttner Platz, Altstadt, Köln Straße). Verkehrsanbindung in Form von Straßenbahn fußläufig umgehend zu erreichen. Der Rhein ist direkt um die Ecke, mit einem tollen Biergarten inklusive. Mit dem Rad sind es am Rhein entlang 5 Minuten zum Juridicum.
Euer potentieller Mitbewohnher ist Promotionsstudent in Ökonomie an der BGSE; offen, unkompliziert und kommunikativ, kocht gerne. In der Küche kann man super mit Freunden chillen, weil dort recht viel Platz ist.
Da ich mein Zimmer Ende Oktober aufgebe, besteht bei Einverständnis des Vermieters evtl. Aussicht auf Übernahme.
