Hallo ihr Lieben,
Das Zimmer ist etwa 14 m² groß und möbliert. Ein eigenes Bad und ein WC sind im Zimmer enthalten. Die Küche ist geteilt, wobei auf Sauberkeit Wert gelegt wird, damit sich jeder wohl fühlt. Das Haus wurde erst vor ein paar Jahren renoviert, die Einrichtung ist daher sehr neu und hat kaum noch Verwendung.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral zwischen Bertha-von-Suttner-Platz und Kennedybrücke gelegen. Der Rhein ist in 2 Minuten, das Uni Hauptgebäude in 5 und die Innenstadt auch in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist super, da sowohl Busse als auch Straßenbahnen vom Bertha-von-Suttner-Platz abfahren.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch viele vorhanden. Netto, Obst und Gemüsemarkt in der Innenstadt, REWE, Aldi und Asiamarkt auf der Kölnstr und ein großer Kaisers in Beuel.
