Da ich ausziehe wird in meiner netten Wg ein Zimmer frei.
Umzug bei mir wäre der 1.10.18
zu meinem Zimmer:
komplette Fensterfront, so dass man ab 12-13 Uhr die Sonne im Zimmer hat:) zum abdunkeln der Fensterfront sind Rollläden vorhanden.
Das Zimmer, geht nach hinten raus, so das es schön ruhig ist und man den Lärm (von Autos auf der Kölnstr.) nicht war nimmt.
Besonderes:
-Badezimmer mit Badewanne
-Küche Komplett mit Spühlmaschine, Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine und einem Esstisch, aber auch nette Abende mit Freunden und Mitbewohner verbringen kann:).
-eigene, kleine Abstellkammer
Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen. 3 min bis zum Bertha- von- Suttner- platz von da aus fährt die straßen Bahn, und Busse in Richtung Bonn Beuel und Hbf.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch 3-5 min fußläufig von der Wohnung entfernt, wie z.b Rewe, Netto, Aldi, und Dm und Afrikanische Shops.
Mein Mitbewohner Martin ist sympatischer Kerl. Er arbeitetet als Industriekaufmann, ist sportlich, sammelt Schallplatten und ist gerne unterwegs.
Ich Freue mich von euch zu Hören, Ruft mich einfach an, und dann machen wir einen Besichtigungstermin aus.
