Hallo!
Ich biete mein WG-Zimmer erstmal möbliert und zur Ziwschenmiete an. Allerdings wird es langfristig auch unmöbliert frei!
Es handelt sich um eine spezielle Wohnung, die auf Fotos gar nicht richtig einzuschätzen ist. Das Zimmer erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen, alle Fenster öffnen sich zum Hof. Geteilt mit der Mitbewohnerin werden das Bad und die sehr kleine Küche.
Sie liegt in der Maxstraße in der sogenannten Altstadt.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr freundschaftlich/familiär und wir teilen die meisten Dinge. Es gibt keine Haushaltspläne, keinen Putzplan und keine WG-Kasse - das war bislang nicht nötig.
Da meine Mitbewohnerin gern ihr Deutsch verbessern möchte, wäre mir eine deutschsprachige Nachmieterin recht.
