Das Zimmer ist mit hellem Laminat ausgelegt, hat hohe Decken und ist ca. 13 m² groß. Die Küche ist mit schwarzen PVC ausgelegt und ist der größte Raum der Wohnung und wird quasi auch als kleines Wohnzimmer genutzt.
Das Bad ist komplett weiß gefließt und ziemlich klein, erfüllt aber eben seinen Zweck.
Ein Kellerabteil ist auch vorhanden und es gibt auch noch einen Innenhof mit einer Palme und eine Dachterasse, die mitgenutzt werden darf.
Die Wohnung ist direkt in der Altstadt in der Nähe vom Stadthaus gelegen. In der Innenstadt ist man zu Fuß innerhalb von 5 Minuten, ebenso wie zu verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Beim Uni-Hauptgebäude ist man mit dem Fahrrad auch in 5 Minuten und zum Campus Poppelsdorf braucht man ca. 15 min. Die nächste Haltestelle ist Stadthaus (3 min) oder Friedensplatz (5 min), wo fast alle Busse halten.
Wegen der zentralen Lage ist man schnell in Bars, Clubs oder Cafés, es ist aber unter der Woche nicht zu laut, da die Maxstraße nicht stark befahren ist, am Wochenende hört man manchmal die Menschen auf der Straße.
