Hi zusammen,
ich biete mein WG Zimmer (18m²) in zentraler Lage 1 Minute vom Rhein entfernt zur Zwischenmiete an. Das Zimmer ist von Mitte Februar bis Ende Mai verfügbar und wird möbliert übergeben, technische Geräte und meine persönlichen Sachen sind aber natürlich nicht inkludiert :D Dazu kommt noch ein großes Wohnzimmer, ca. 25m² und ein großer Balkon.
Das Zimmer ist dank großem Fenster sehr hell und trotz Nähe zur Römerstraße super leise bei geschlossenem Fenster. Ich komme persönlich auch super mit offenem Fenster klar, ist natürlich Geschmackssache. Hellhörigkeit ist hier *eigentlich* kein Thema, es kann aber sein, dass du die anderne Parteien über und unter dir gelegentlich hörst.
Einen Keller gibt es natürlich auch und wenn du Glück hast bekommst du sogar einen der begehrten Fahrradstellplätze vor dem Haus.

I offer my WG room (18m²) in a central location 1 minute from the Rhine for interim rent. The room is available from mid-February until the end of May and will be delivered furnished, but technical equipment and my personal belongings are of course not included :D In addition, there is a large living room, about 25m² and a large balcony.
The room is very bright thanks to a large window and despite the proximity to the Römerstraße super quiet with the window closed. I personally also get along great with an open window, is of course a matter of taste. Hellhörigkeit is here *eigentlich* no issue, but it can be that you hear the anderne parties above and below you occasionally.
There is also a cellar, of course, and if you're lucky you'll even get one of the coveted bicycle parking spaces in front of the house.
Die Lage ist einfach nur Top. Mehr gibt es da kaum zu sagen. Fußläufig bist du in 1 Minute am Rhein und am Biergarten Schänzchen auch innerhalb von 3 Minuten. Die Haltestelle der 600/601 ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Rewe & Aldi in der Nordstadt sind irgendwas zwischen 5-10 minuten zu Fuß entfernt und eine Apotheke gibt's auch um die Ecke. Wer gerne läuft anstatt Öffis zu fahren ist auch in maximal 15 Minuten am Bertha Platz.
The location is simply top. There is hardly anything more to say. You can walk to the Rhine in 1 minute and to the Schänzchen beer garden within 3 minutes. The stop of the 600/601 is only 2 minutes away. Rewe & Aldi in the Nordstadt are something between 5-10 minutes walk away and there's also a pharmacy around the corner. For those who like to walk instead of taking the public transport, city center is also a maximum of 15 minutes away.
Mit wem wohnst du in der Zeit zusammen?
Deine Mitbewohner sind Thiago (28, berufstätig in der IT) und Konstantin (23, studiert Jura). Die WG Sprache ist englisch da Thiago aus Brasilien kommt. Er versteht deutsch und spricht es auch, ist aber viel zu faul, wird dich also nie von selbst auf deutsch ansprechen. Wäre also super, wenn du dich auf englisch verständigen kannst ;)
Bei uns gilt eine "mach mit deiner Tür was du willst, egal ob offen oder geschlossen" Politik :D Wir sind mehr als eine Zweck WG, aber auch keine WG die wahnsinnig viel zusammen macht. Wir sind alle viel unterwegs, kann also auch gut sein, dass du mal ein paar Tage alleine in der WG bist. Wenn man sich im Flur trifft wird gerne gequatscht, den ein oder anderen Spiele- oder Bierabend oder Ausflug gibt es auch, aber es ist auch absolut kein Problem wenn du bei geschlossener Tür deine Ruhe haben willst.
Die Wohnung ist nach 15 Jahren der WG Nutzung nicht mehr ganz Taufrisch und deine Mitbewohner sind auch nicht unbedingt Sauberkeitsfanatiker. :D Also hier ganz klarer Disclaimer: Wenn dir Sauberkeit wichtig ist, dann suche dir etwas anderes. Wenn du in einer entspannten WG in Top Lage wohnen willst und es dir egal ist, dass das Geschirr auch mal in der Küche steht, dann bist du hier richtig.

Who are you living with at the moment?
Your roommates are Thiago (28, working in IT) and Konstantin (23, studying law). The shared language is English because Thiago is from Brazil. He understands and speaks German, but he is too lazy and will never talk to you in German. So it would be great if you can communicate in English ;)
We have a "do what you want with your door, open or closed" policy :D We are more than a purpose WG, but also not a WG that does insane amounts of stuff together. We are all on the road a lot, so it can also be good that you are sometimes alone in the WG for a few days. When we meet in the hallway we like to talk, there is also the one or other game or beer night or outing, but it is also absolutely no problem if you want to have your peace with the door closed.
The apartment is after 15 years of WG use no longer quite Taufrisch and your roommates are not necessarily cleanliness fanatics. D So here is a clear disclaimer: If cleanliness is important to you, then look for something else. If you want to live in a relaxed shared apartment in a almost unmatched top location and you don't care that the dishes are sometimes in the kitchen, then this is the right place for you.
Solltest du für uns als Zwischenmieter*In in Frage kommen, musst du noch ein Bewerbungsformular bei unserem Vermieter der FAUSA ausfüllen. Danach regeln wir beide das vertragliche Untereinander. Die Kaution habe ich angesetzt damit du mit dem Zimmer und meinen Möbeln halbwegs pfleglich umgehst ;)
Da ich schon im Ausland bin, werden Thiago und Konstantin die Besichtigungen übernehmen, das vertragliche wird dann aber mit mir geklärt.
Should you be considered as an interim tenant, you still have to fill out an application form with our landlord FAUSA. After that, we both regulate the contractual between each other. I have set the deposit so that you will take care of the room and my furniture ;)
Since I am already abroad, Thiago and Konstantin will take over the viewing, but the contractual will then be clarified with me.
