Hello everyone, i am subletting my 16m2 fully furnished room in Altstadt for from April 1st till 15th of July with a possibility to extend. Its 10 min walk from Stadhous tram station and 15 min walk to bonn Hbf. The bus that goes to the airport is within 2 min walk. Room has a lot of windows and gets lots of daylight. There are 2 other tenants (both female) in the apartment who you would share the kitchen and bathroom with. Both tenants are working and very easy going. We need someone we can trust, easy going, clean and organized. The rent is 450 Euros per month everything included. I would ask for 500€ deposit. City registiration is not possible.
