A chill Aussie looking for a Friendly WG

I'm am am Australian who has recently graduated his masters degree and is now working as a research Associate at Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg. I am a friendly, open minded person, and like meeting new people. As the campus is in Sankt Augustine I am looking for a WG thats relatively central or on the Beuel side of the Rhein near the 66 Tram line.

While I have recently started work a lot of my friends are still students. So, I often hang out with friends, but I typically need to work the next day and like to wake up around 8-9am. Fortunately the start time for work is relatively flexible so I'm not bothered by the odd late night.

I am looking for a WG where I can become good friends with the people I live with, where we play board games or watch movies some nights. I also understand the need for personal space.

While I have been in germany for a few years now, meine Deutsch ist noch schlecht. I am actively trying to improve this and would welcome anyone who would put up with my broken German when I decide to practice it (but is by no means a must).

In my free time, when I'm not with friends I like to play sports and make things. Currently I enjoy riding my bike and climbing, but I'm thinking about getting back into swimming, running or floorball. As for making things, I use to have a 3D printer and I'm considering building a new one at some point soon.
